By accessing or using the Hairlux platform (website and mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Hairlux provides mobile beauty and wellness services delivered to your home, office, or hotel in Nigeria. All services are subject to professional availability and scheduling.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Booking and Payment
All bookings require a funded Hairlux wallet. Payments are processed securely via Paystack using debit card, USSD, or bank transfer. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel an appointment through the platform. We ask for reasonable advance notice so we can serve other clients effectively. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled session may attract a cancellation fee.
6. Client Conduct
You agree to treat all Hairlux professionals with courtesy and respect. Hairlux reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hairlux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Hairlux platform — including text, design, logos, and images — is the property of Hairlux and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
